Vinay Bassi, HR Director at Goodyear India
Vinay is currently working with Goodyear India Ltd. as HR Director for the last 2 years. He has rounded experience of 21 years in Human Resources at various Leadership positions both at Plant and Corporate level across various stints in Indian as well as large Multinational Corporations. Before joining Goodyear he has worked for 9 years with PepsiCo (Fritolay Division) in various assignments as Vice President HR for Sales & Operations, General Manager- C&B & Staffing, HR Operations Manager, Plant HR Manager etc. He has set up two Greenfield plants at PepsiCo in Western and Eastern India as well as turned around an existing plant and ensured productive, harmonious, flexible and trouble free Employee Relations. He has also worked with organizations like Ranbaxy, Escorts, PUNWIRE at their manufacturing locations.
