NHRDN Virtual Learning: Best Article of the Month

Dear Member,

In this program, you can contribute original articles, white papers and case studies on the theme of that month’s Webinar. 

What is in it for you? : Besides the obvious personal enrichment, you’ll stand a chance to be selected among the Top 3 winners. The winning articles will be featured in the next NHRDN E-Connect. The winning authors will also get free passes to that month’s Webinar.

Criteria for selecting Best Article of the Month:

1. Relevance to the topic
2. Originality of thought/ideas/perspective
3. Overall Flow/Structure
4. Depth of research, if research is involved.
5. Uniqueness, Sustainability and Effectiveness of the Best Practice, if the author is writing about a Best Practice in his/her organization.

Guidelines for submission :

1. Entries should have a direct focus on the published theme.
2. All articles should be in Word document – doc or rtf (rich text format)
3. The length of the article should not exceed 1500 words or 3 pages
4. The font to be used is Arial, size 10
5. The article should be the original work of the author. References made from other works should be captured as bibliography at the end of the article.
6. Selected articles shall be published in the NHRDN Portal.
 

How to submit? :

To submit your contributions, please visit our website www.nationalhrd.org, use your member log in and go to the ‘My Submissions’ tab. You can then select the topic of the webinar and upload your article.
