India's Century 2007

The 11th National Conference of the National HRD Network was held in Kolkata from November 29-December 1, 2007. The Conference had its theme "India's Century: The Challenge for Indian Business Leadership". Mr.Sarthak Behuria, Chairman, Indian Oil, is the Conference Chairman.

The focus of the Conference was on understanding what successful Indian industry leaders have done in the past to transform their organisations and make them globally competitive and what they see are the challenges for Indian business and industry in the years ahead. The Conference also deliberated on the human resource and leadership development imperatives that flow from these challenges.
